Weekly Photo Feature #4 – Chester Hill Lookout
This week’s Photo Feature comes to you from Chester Hill Lookout. I’m not sure how well known this area in Toronto is. I suspect not very well known. It’s in a residential area, kind of off the beaten path. I’ve been here sooo many times, but each time has never disappointed. Except maybe for one time. It was during the fall and lighting was terrible. I still took some pictures, because you should never come to this spot and not take out your camera. Even if that camera is your cell phone, which is the best camera if it’s the only one you have.
As you can see, the view is breath taking. It’s hard to walk up this scene and be disappointed.
It does get loud, with the Don Valley Parkway below, but it’s a small sacrifice. I tried to do my very first VLOG from this location and failed miserably. The traffic down below drowned out my voice so it wasn’t usable.
I don’t think I’ve been to Chester Hill Lookout in Winter, but it’s on my list of things to do. Snow covered tree tops = banger.
Toronto has one of, if not the best city skylines, this is a perfect spot for viewing.
Until next time…
